  Mission Statement

It is the mission of Road Branch Elementary & Middle School that every student will exit this school with a quality education and the 21st Century Learning skills fundamental for higher learning and become productive contributing members of a global society.

Core Beliefs

We believe:
    1. Our students will reach their academic potential by learning to think critically, communicate efficiently, manage and evaluate information, and use technology to solve problems through a combined effort of students, parents, teachers, support personnel, and administrators.

    2. Students will maximize their capabilities by using these 21st Century Learning tools to demonstrate learning to classmates, teachers, and family.

    3. Maintaining a safe school environment will insure that students reach their potential for learning.

    4. All individuals can learn at different times, at different rates, and in different ways.

    5. The quality of life will be enhanced as students become financially and civically literate, aware of the necessity of a healthy lifestyle.

    6. All students must share in the responsibility for learning and understand the importance of lifelong learning.

    7. Students should be tolerant of individual diversity as they learn to interact appropriately in a global society.
